Who We Are
Pizza Ranch was born from a simple dream: bring the warmth of a home-cooked meal to every customer who walks through our doors. Founded by Marco and Elena Rossi, two immigrants who carried their family's century-old pizza recipes from Naples to Illinois, we started as a tiny counter-service spot on Rollins Road.
Over the years we've grown from a 10-seat diner into a beloved community institution — but our commitment to fresh dough, house-made sauces, and real mozzarella has never wavered. Every ingredient is chosen with care; every pizza is made by hand, just like it was on day one.

Our Journey
From a humble counter-service shop to a beloved community staple — here are the milestones that shaped Pizza Ranch.
Marco and Elena Rossi open Pizza Ranch on Rollins Road with a 10-seat dining room, a stone oven, and three menu items. The community falls in love immediately.
Growing demand leads to a full dining room expansion, doubling seating capacity to 60 guests and adding a dedicated delivery fleet to serve the wider Round Lake Beach area.
Pizza Ranch wins "Best Pizza in Lake County" for the first time — an honor we've proudly defended four years running. Our Signature Ranch BBQ pizza becomes a regional legend.
We launch our online ordering platform, making it easier than ever for the community to enjoy Pizza Ranch at home. Orders double within the first six months.
We introduce a full catering program for corporate events, weddings, and parties. Our catering team serves over 200 events in the first year alone.
Pizza Ranch celebrates 15 years of serving the community. With a refreshed menu, a renovated dining room, and the same family recipes, the best is yet to come.
